1. Arrival & Departure

Arrival after 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.

Badge Presentation

Access badges will be given to you by our concierge upon your arrival.

To be left in the entrance above the radio upon departure.

Up to 5 spaces available behind the house.

2. House Rules

Home

Non-smoking house, pets prohibited (except by prior agreement).

Respect for the neighborhood

Avoid noise, especially in the evening and at night.

BBQ/Plancha

Clean and close gas bottle and burners after each use to avoid leaks

Pool

  • Shutter must be closed when children are present and every night.
  • Clean the skimmers, renew the chlorine cartridges if necessary.

Equipment/machines

Treat box springs gently, load the washing machine reasonably and use coffee beans for the coffee machine.

Wifi

Scan the QR code at the entrance. You will be automatically logged in.

Linen

Dry on the clothesline behind the garden. At the back of the parking lot.

Go out near the road on Sunday evening.

Accessibility

The Mas des Cerisiers offers accessible facilities, with limitations to consider:

1. Ground floor bedroom (RC) : A master suite equipped with a king-size bed is available on the ground floor, thus accommodating people with reduced mobility.

2. Driveway and exterior access : The driveway leading to the property is gravel, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate.

3. Swimming pool and its surroundings : The heated pool is surrounded by a lawn, which could pose challenges for wheelchair access.

4. Access to the terrace : There is a step of approximately 3 cm between the ground floor and the terrace.

5. Upper floor : There is a staircase to access the bedrooms upstairs, making these areas inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Thus, the ground floor of the Mas is partially adapted for wheelchairs, but certain features such as the gravel driveway and the terrace step require special attention.

Use water sparingly, taking short showers and avoiding waste.

Washing

Run the washing machine and dishwasher only when they are full, and limit unnecessary cycles.

Air conditioning

Set the air conditioning to a minimum of 24°C and keep doors and windows closed for optimal efficiency.

Light

Remember to turn off lights and electrical appliances as soon as they are no longer needed.

Sorting

Respect waste sorting and follow the indicated collection days to contribute to recycling.
